Delivery Policy
At Adstronaut, we offer virtual products and services. We deliver our products to users via various channels, including but not limited to Emails, Facebook Messenger, Instagram Messenger, WhatsApp, and Skype, tailored to suit your business needs.
Portfolio Usage Rights
By utilizing our services, you agree to allow us to showcase the completed product on our website or any other platforms as part of our portfolio for marketing purposes.
Unlimited Revisions for Design Services
We provide unlimited revisions for selected services, where applicable. Unlimited revisions are valid for 14 days from the delivery of the design concepts.
The term "unlimited revisions" encompasses adjustments such as modifying text/font sizes, repositioning elements, changing colors, and other reasonable amendments, subject to the approval of Adstronaut.
Please note, the "unlimited revision policy" ceases to be valid if:
■ The delivery of design concepts exceeds 14 days.
■ The customer has approved and received the finalized design.
For clarification, "unlimited revisions" do not include the creation of entirely new design concepts. Requests for new design concepts may incur additional service fees.
Refunds
We may offer refunds under the following circumstances:
■ If the service has not been rendered.
■ If the service delivered differs from the one ordered or requested.
■ If there is an error on our part, a full refund will be issued.
Customers may request a refund within 7 days following the receipt of the service.
Exceptions
Despite the above provisions, we may decline to grant refunds or returns if:
■ You change your mind about the service after receiving what you ordered.
■ You were informed of any issues with the service before making the purchase.
■ You are dissatisfied with your purchase or find it unnecessary.
■ You fail to report any issues with the service/product within 7 days of receipt.
Return Policy
At Adstronaut, we primarily offer virtual products and services. While returns are generally not applicable, we may consider refunds under specific circumstances as outlined in our Refund Policy.
Cancellation Policy
Please note the following regarding cancellations:
■ If work has not commenced, a full refund will be provided.
■ If work has commenced, Adstronaut may retain an appropriate portion of the payment.
Project Abandonment
In the event of prolonged inactivity or unresponsiveness from the client's end for a period exceeding thirty (30) days, Adstronaut reserves the right to deem the project abandoned. In such cases, any refund for the services may be forfeited entirely at the discretion of Adstronaut.
Administrative Fee
Please be aware:
■ All refunds are subject to a 7% administrative fee.
